Our teachers work closely with parents for the good of each child.
In order to build a solid foundation for your child’s future, parents and teachers must share the same educational principles. That is why we value good communication. Together with the parents, we create a personal development plan for each child. We also provide courses and information sessions for parents.
Courses For Parents
Raising children can be challenging, especially since they don’t come with an instruction manual. Kid’s Garden offers lectures and courses to help parents better understand the development stages their child is going through.
It is during their first years of life that children can learn habits like tidying up, going to sleep, keeping a varied diet and good hygiene. As professionals in child development, we are happy to guide and encourage parents to implement an education project for the family.
Clear and constant communication
We keep you updated on your child’s progress and day-to-day achievements.
We use a digital diary to talk about the latest developments and wellbeing of your child. This is how we keep you connected to your child’s daily life.
We schedule a one-on-one meeting with parents every 3 months.
We also keep personal contact with you regarding drop-off and pick-up times for your child. We are also happy to make time for you should you have individual questions or concerns.
Kid’s Garden Maastricht strives to provide high-quality childcare. Like all childcare providers, Kid’s Garden is registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK) and is visited annually by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) to guarantee that quality requirements are being met.

Should any issues arise, you are advised to discuss this with the concerned staff member. If necessary, include the manager in the conversation.

Are you unable to find a solution together with Kid's Garden? Then contact the Childcare Claims Desk. With advice or intermediation they will try to solve the complaint together with you. If this does not work, ask the Arbitration Committee Childcare to make a pronouncement.
